Hellbound Underground Sound
I
would open a record store containing only Hardcore Punk, Heavy Metal, and
Extreme Music CDs, vinyl, and even cassettes. I would also sell denim and
leather accessories to make your self look more “Metal”. The place would be
filled with stickers, flyers, patches, and shirts of local bands to help
support the Music scene. It will be called “Hellbound Underground Sound”. I
would have to get a wholesale license to get merchandise and albums from record
labels and marketing companies.
My only competition would be Red Planet Records in Riverside, Rhino Records in Claremont, Glasshouse Record Store in Pomona, and Dr. Strange Records in Rancho Cucamonga. But none of them are strictly Extreme Music, so I would have a slight advantage for that specific group of people. The idea was taken from a time I passed through Salt Lake City, Utah and went into “The Heavy Metal Shop”. It seemed to get the most attention because it was very specific about the group of people they marketed towards.
